Hun Sen warned officials to avoid nepotism and cronyism

Hun Sen decries nepotism and cronyism, but he promoted all his sons into all important positions in the government and in the military. Hun Sen promoted brother Hun Neng as governor of Kampong Cham province, his nephew-in-law Gen. Neth Savoeun promoted as Commissioner of National Police, all his in-laws like Sok An, Yim Chhay Ly and sons-in-law and many more of his friends and relatives.....are
