The following is a history lesson for Mr. Hun Sen:  



1. Taiwan started from scratch in 1949 after Chiang Kai-shek escaped from Mao Zedong's troops and set up his government in exile in Taiwan. Now Taiwan is one of Asia's and world's economic power. 

2. Singapore started from scratch and became an island nation in 1965 and now it became one of Asia's economic powers and one of the world's
