No arrests made in home demolitions [controversial tycoon Mong Riththy is the champion of land grab victims now]

SIHANOUKVILLE, 6 March 2013 (The Cambodia Herald) – There weren't any arrests made
during the demolition of homes in the Steung Hav district. Only
houses on disputed land were bulldozed, and they didn't prevent anyone
