BRIDGEPORT -- Freedom was fleeting Friday for Xang Nakhoune.
Just minutes after a state prosecutor in New Haven dropped narcotics
charges against her, federal agents swooped in and arrested Nakhoune on a
three-count indictment charging her with possessing and dealing crack.
